巴旦杏挥发油化学成分和提取物抗氧化作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 研究维药巴旦杏挥发油的化学成分和巴旦杏提取物的体外抗氧化作用。以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS法分析其成分,面积归一化法计算各成分相对百分含量。用羟自由基清除法、超氧阴离子自由基清除法、铁氰化钾还原力法评价巴旦杏的体外抗氧化活性。结果从巴旦杏挥发油中检识出78个组分,鉴定了其中74个化合物,占挥发油总量的98.83%。巴旦杏的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇提取物均有较好的还原力和一定的清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子自由基活性,这种作用随提取物浓度的增加而增大。结论:巴旦杏挥发油的主要成分为D-柠檬烯(33.72%)、2,4-癸二烯醛(8.01%)、二丙酮醇(5.45%)等。巴旦杏提取物体外有抗氧化作用。 Abstract The purpose of this paper is to determine the chemical compoments of essential oil and to evaluate the antioxidant activity of extracts from almond (Amygdalus Communis L. ) . The oil was distilled using steam distillation method and analyzed by GC/MS, the relative percentage contents were determined by peak area normalization. The antioxidant activities of the extracts were evaluated respec- tively by hydroxyl radical scavenging activity method, superoxide radical scavenging activity method and reducing power method. The results showed that 78 components were checked out from essential oil, 74 compounds were identified which accounted 98.83% of the naphtha. Comparably strong activity of Hydroxyl radical scavenging activity, superoxide radical scavenging activity and strong reducing power were found in the extracts from almond, and these activities incrased with the increasing of concentration of extracts. The conclusion was that the main compontents of essential oil from almond were D -Limonene, 2,4 -decadienal and diacetone alcohol, which accounted 33.72%, 8.01%, 6.54% of the naphtha respectively, potential antioxidant activities of extacts were found in vitro from the extracts of almond.
