唇腭裂术后牙颌面畸形的手术治疗

Surgical Treatment of Postoperative Dento maxillo facial Deformity in Cleft Lip and Palate

对４例唇腭裂术后继发牙颌面畸形的患者采用上颌骨ＬｅＦｏｒｔⅠ型骨切开前移及下颌支斜行骨切开后退的方法，矫治唇腭裂术后较严重的凹面畸形，均取得满意疗效且长期效果稳定。同时，还讨论了此类患者的治疗特点和经验。

The severe dish like face deformity of 4 postoperative patients with cleft lip and plate were treated with Le Fort Ⅰ osteotomy and oblique ramus osteotomy, and rigid fixition was used to the maxilla afterwards. The treatment results were satisfactory and the long term follow up showed stable. In addition,the characteristics and experiences of such operation were discussed in details.
