摘要
通过对半圆形加强筋结构的模流分析,研究了气辅成型过程中工艺参数对气体穿透行为的影响规律,并着重考察了其中的气体二次穿透指标。结果表明:熔体预注射量和气体延迟时间是影响气体穿透行为的重要因素。熔体温度、气体延迟时间和模具温度,都是通过影响成型过程中熔体的粘度、流动性的变化而影响气体穿透行为的。
Through the analysis of mo in semicircular reinforced structure, the influence rule of the processing parameters in gas assisted injection molding(GAIM) on gas penetration and focusing on gas secondary penetration index were studied. The result revealed that melt preinject volume and gas delay time were the important factors affecting the gas penetration behavior. The parameters, such as melt temperature, gas delay time and mold temperature, affected the changes of melt viscosity and flowability which could affect the gas penetration behavior.
