摘要
磁力驱动机构实现了转矩的无接触传递,是一种新型绿色驱动机构。其磁场的分布计算是此类机构分析设计的基础。本文针对高速轴向磁力驱动机构,借助ANSYS有限元法分析软件,对其磁场分布进行了研究,得出不同节点的磁场强度值,为该机构的设计提供了依据。
Magnetic drive mechanism is a kind of transmission mechanism that can transmit torque without contact, and it' s a new kind of green drive mechanism. The numeration of the magnetic field is generally the basic devise of the Magnetic drive mechanism. Focusing on the high-speed axial magnetic drive mechanism, the paper studied its magnetic distribution with ANSYS Finite Element Analysis software and obtained the value of Magnetic field for different nodes, thus provide the basic information for structure design.
