摘要
目的观察兔眼外伤性白内障后房型人工晶状体(PCIOLs)植入术后晶状体表面纤维蛋白膜的病变特征及规律。方法9只青紫蓝兔分为3组。术后1、7、14d摘除人工晶状体,作光镜和扫描电镜检查,采用SAS软件包,对统计资料作方差分析。结果纤维蛋白厚膜术后d1最明显,定位孔膜d7最明显。薄膜d14最明显,差异有显著性。结论纤维蛋白膜形成的原因可能是人工晶状体刺激。
ObjectiveTo study the pathological changes and morphological features of proteinaceous membrane formation on intraocular lenses (IOLs) after traumatic cataract extracapsular extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lens (PC IOLs) implantation in rabbits.Methods9 adult pigmented rabbits were divided into 3 groups.IOLs were extracted on d 1,7 and 14 after IOLs implantation,and pathological changes were observed on IOLs with light microscope and scanning electron microscope.The data were analysed by rank sum test using SAS software.ResultsThick proteinaceous membranes on IOL reached their maximum on d 1 postoperation,and proteinaceous membranes in positioning holes on IOL reached their maximum on d 7 postoperation.Thin proteinaceous membranes on IOL were significantly higher on d 14 postoperation than those on d 1 postoperation.ConclusionIt is suggested that proteinaceous membrane formation on IOL have a close relationship with an irritation of IOL and breakdown of the blood aqueous barrier and immune response on the IOL surface.
