摘要
以中小型企业现场管理为例,论述了从厂房布置与运输不相适应、通道不畅、物品摆放混乱及边角料处理等问题上,通过5S管理整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养分析,采用制定实施目标、设立样板区、考核奖惩等方法具体实施推进5S管理。实践证明,5S管理改进改善了工作环境,提高了工作效率和产品质量,提高了企业的市场竞争力。
Taking the scene management in medium and small-sized enterprises as example, the paper focused on the existed problems the conflicts between workshop layout and transportation, obstructed channel, messed placement dealing with and leftover materials, to suggest practicing "5S" management through "5S" management regulation, arrangement rectified, sweeping, cleaning, accomplishment analysis with the help of working out practical goals, setting up model district system of exam, reward and penalty etc. The practice proved that "5S" management improves the working environment, the efficiency, product quality, and finally the market competition.
