摘要
将多孔混凝土中包裹水泥浆体的粗骨料堆积形态视为球形颗粒堆积,借鉴Koenders提出的带状模型,建立多孔混凝土孔隙率与粗骨料浆体包裹层厚度之间的关系式,通过试验确定公式中的参数并验证其模型和计算的合理性。试验结果表明:依据该公式能有效计算出不同粗骨料浆体包裹层厚度下多孔混凝土的孔隙率。当浆体包裹层厚度变化于439-973μm时,多孔混凝土的孔隙率范围值为21.8%~33.8%。
When regarding the coarse aggregates wrapped with cement paste in porous concrete as the accumulation model of spherical particles, relationship between the porosity of porous concrete and the thickness of cement paste is established based on Koenders' ribbon model, the parameters in the formula and the rationality of model and calculation are identified by experiment. The result shows that the porosity of porous concrete can be effectively deduced from the formula according to the thickness of cement paste wrapping coarse aggregate particles. When the thickness of cement paste lie from 439 μm to 973 μm the porosity of porous concrete varies between 21.8% and 33.8%.
