摘要
以丁腈橡胶(NBR)为基体,采用机械共混法制备了尼龙11(PA11)/丁腈橡胶(NBR)合金材料。研究了PA11的体积含量对共混物力学性能和电性能的影响。研究结果表明,当PA11的体积含量为80%时,合金材料的力学性能较好;当PA11的体积含量约为50%时,合金材料具有较高的介电常数。
PA11/NBR composites were prepared by hot-pressing technique. Effect of the ψ (PA11) on the mechanical properties and the electric properties of the composites was researched. The results indicate that when the ψ(PA11) is up to 80%, the composites obtain a better mechanical properties, while the ψ(PA11) is up to 50%, the composites are provided with high dielectric constant.
