搅拌方式对细菌浸磷的影响研究

摘要 将不同的搅拌方式应用于矿石中磷的生物浸出,分别为静置、摇床、磁力搅拌和机械搅拌。对各种不同搅拌方式的浸出效果进行分析和对比,总结出一些影响磷元素浸出的原因。实验结果表明:磁力搅拌和机械搅拌的浸出效果明显优于静置和摇床方式,并且浸磷时间显著缩短。通过SEM(扫描电镜)及能谱定性分析得出黄钾铁矾类物质是细菌作用后的产物之一,也是影响浸出效果的主要因素。 Difference ways of stirring, i. e. no-stirring, shaking, magnetic stirring and mechanical stirring, were employed in the bioleaching of phosphate in the ore. The leaching effects with different ways of stirring were analyzed and compared, revealing the factors responsible for the leaching of phosphorus element. The experimental results indicated that the leaching effects with magnetic stirring and mechanical stirring were obviously better than those with no-stirring and shaking and the leaching time was reduced significantly. The qualitative analysis using scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy showed that jarosite was one of the products of bacterial leaching and the major factor influencing the leaching effects.
