摘要
针对排烟冷却塔的开孔特性,对某超大型排烟冷却塔进行风洞刚体测压、测力和气弹测振试验,加载试验获得的相关参数进行结构风致响应计算,通过与地震作用下的结构响应进行对比发现,排烟冷却塔环基和塔筒部位响应完全由风振控制;人字柱主要承受轴力,受两者的影响差异不大;环基的径向、竖向弯矩及位移比常规无孔冷却塔数值明显增大,开孔周边塔筒产生明显的应力集中,其数值也远大于地震作用下的应力值,经稳定性分析发现需采取开孔加固措施控制风振影响。
Aiming at the characteristic of cooling tower with gas flue, the rigid model and aero-elastic model in the wind tunnel are carried out, the data gained in the test are loaded to calculate the structural response, through the comparison with the response under earthquake excitation, it is obvious that the responsese of annular base and tower shell are wholly controlled by wind loading, their influencese of supporting columns are not obvious, which work with deadweight. The value under wind load is much greater than the value under earthquake excitation, the stress concentration is found around the hole, the reinforcement must be adopted through the stability analysis.
