摘要
目的研究糖尿病性青光眼前房角组织的超微结构。方法对6例糖尿病性青光眼小梁采用Hu12A透射电镜观察其超微结构的病理改变。结果小梁原有结构消失,代之以层状结构的纤细胶原纤维,小梁间隙表面衬附的内皮细胞蜕变、脱落或消失,内皮细胞下无基膜样物质,小梁内见少许小血管。结论小梁网内皮细胞蜕变、脱落或消失及小梁原有结构消失后的纤细胶原纤维增生。
ObjectiveTo study the ultrastructure of anterior chamber angle tissue in diabetic glaucoma.MethodsHu 12A transmission electron microscopy was used to observe the pathological changes of trabecular ultrastructure in 6 cases of diabetic glaucoma.ResultsThe original structure of the trabeculum was lost,and replaced with a layered structure of slender collagenous fibrils.Endotheliocytes lining the interstitial surface of the trabeculum were degenerated,exfoliated and lost.No basal lamina substance existed under the endothelium and there were a few small vessels in the trabeculum.ConclusionThe main pathological changes of anterior chamber angle tissue in diabetic glaucoma were trabecular meshwork endothelial degeneration,exfoliation and loss.Slender collagenous fibril hyperplasia occured after the loss of the original trabeculum structure and the formation of the new vessel membrane.
