肺部炎性假瘤的影像学诊断

Imaging diagnosis of lung inflammatory pseudotumor

目的通过对确诊(7例经手术后病理证实,余病例则经过长期观察影像学表现稳定)的肺部炎性假瘤进行回顾分析,探讨该病的影像学特征,进而提高肺部炎性假瘤的诊断正确率。方法对可疑患者行胸部X线透视,摄X线片,CT扫描。结果肺部炎性假瘤患者均可在肺部影像学检查中表现为不同的团块阴影。结论肺部炎性假瘤表现为肺部团块状阴影,密度不均匀,边缘清晰,急性炎症期边缘模糊,可有短毛刺,部分患者可出现"桃尖征"。肺门和纵隔淋巴结可表现肿大。

Objective By reviewed lung inflammatory pseudotumor diagnosed, to analyze the characters of the lung inflammatory pseudotumor and to raise the dignosis rate of lung inflammatory pseudotumor.nethods X-ray and CT examination were performed for all patients of the lung inflammatory pseudotumor.Results The characters of the lung inflammatory pseudotumor was kinds of clumping shadow.Conclusion The lung inflammatory pseudotumor appeared as clumping shadow in lung .The shadow appeared uneven density, smooth brink or edge unsharpness, short barb and peach cusp signe in some cases. There were intumesce lymph node in mediastin and hilum of lung.
