摘要 目的探讨角膜上皮下雾浊(Haze)对角膜前表面形态的影响。方法用TomeyTMS2TM角膜地形图对不同程度Haze眼进行检查,取得角膜规则指数(SRI)、不对称指数(SAI)和不规则散光指数(IAI)统计值。用角膜Haze0~4级的数值作Y轴,分别与SRI、SAI和IAI行直线回归分析。结果绝对等级角膜地形图显示高于1级的Haze眼全角膜形态极不规则,0.5级Haze以下角膜表面形态较为规整,各切削区带清晰可见。回归分析显示Haze越重,对角膜前表面形态、规则性和对称性影响越大。结论超过1级Haze眼对角膜前表面形态影响大,低于0.5级Haze眼对角膜形态基本无影响,严重Haze对角膜表面形态影响可能是导致PRK术后最佳矫正视力下降的主要原因。 ObjectiveTo investigate the association of corneal surface shapes with “Haze” after photorefractive keratectomy(PRK).MethodsEyes with different “Haze” were examined by Tomey TMS 2 TM corneal topography,and corneal surface regularity index(SRI),surface asymmetry index(SAI) and irregular astigmatism index(IAI)were obtained.“Haze” was graded from 0 to 4 and was individually compared with SRI,SAI and IAI by linear regression analysis.ResultsCorneal surface shapes were irregular in eyes with “Haze” more than 1 scale,but there were no changes in less than 0.5 scale.Regression analysis showed that the more severe the “Haze”,the more changes in corneal surface shape,regularity and symmetry.ConclusionThe eyes with “Haze” more than 1 scale had a great influence on corneal surface shape.“Haze” less than 0.5 scale had little change in corneal surface shapes.The change of corneal surface shapes with severe “Haze” might be the main cause of the decreasion of best corrective visual acuity after PRK.
