摘要
针对地区电网传统继电保护的整定值是通过离线计算得到,在运行中无法改变以达到最优效果的缺点,提出了自适应零序速断保护和接地距离保护的基本原理和实现方案。自适应算法能自动适应电力系统运行方式和故障类型的变化,在线计算并修正保护的整定值,使保护装置始终处于最佳工作状态。
Aiming at the shortage which setting value of traditional zone grid relay protection was caculated offline so that can' t be changed during running to attain optimization effect, the basic principle and realization of selfadapting zero-sequence fast interrupting protection and earthing distance protection were proposed. The self-adapting algorithm can adapt variation of running method and fault type of power system automatically, calculate and amend setting value online, make running status of protection devices optimal.
