摘要
介绍了江苏国信扬州发电有限责任公司进行的600 MW超临界锅炉燃烧器微油点火改造,从工作原理、设计方案到现场实施、调试优化,以及到最后的经济效益分析与评价总结。改造结果表明,燃烧器微油点火技术具有煤种适应性广、系统简单方便等突出优点,改造后整体节油率能达84%,可取得显著的经济效益。
Micro-oil ignition reconstruction of the burner of 600 MW supercritical boiler in Jiangsu Guoxin Yangzhou Power Generation Co.Ltd. is introduced, including working principle, design scheme, debugging optimization, analysis of economy and benefit, and evaluation summary. The reconstruction results indicate that micro-oil ignition technique has merits of wide adaptability of coal, simple convenient system and so on. The whole rate ofoil saving is 84% after the reconstruction, and obvious economic benefit is gained.
