When the Internet technology gradually moves into the Web3.0 period, our reading habit and reading style have been changed. As the lifetime school and ＂the second classroom＂ for youths, library should bring forth new ideas and keep up with the times under the guide of scientific outlook on development. At the same time, it should seize the new characters and new way of the Internet transmit in time and know the reading characters and reading trend of the youths in order to make the guide for reading of the youths better.
