摘要
本文通过对福州市6所高校图书馆员工的问卷调查,利用统计原理就馆员工作满意度进行简要的评价和分析,并进一步阐述满意度指标评价体系以及各构成要素,对影响员工工作满意度的各因素进行评价和研究。
Through questionnaire survey to six university libraries staff of Fuzhou, and using the statistical principle, this article carries on brief appraisal and analysis to satisfaction degree of librarians, and further elaborates satisfaction degree target appraisal system as well as each integrant parts. It also makes appraisal research on factors affecting work satisfaction of librarians.
