The Development and Utilization of Nonprofit Information Resource Based on Information Equity

本文基于信息公平理念,从信息资源公益性开发利用的概念出发,分析信息公平与信息资源公益性开发利用的关系,信息资源公益性开发利用是实现信息公平的主要手段,信息资源公益性开发利用的目的就是维护信息公平,消除数字鸿沟。最后提出信息资源公益性开发利用的对策。

Based on the information equity, this paper analyzes the relationship between information equity and the development and utilization of information resources. The development and utilization of nonprofit information is a main mean to realize information equity. One of purposes of the development and utilization of nonprofit information is to maintain information equity and to eliminate the digital divide. Some measures are suggested by the author.
