不同时辰电针十二经原穴对正常人甲状腺功能的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF ELECTRO-ACUPUNCTURE AT THE TWELVE YUAN POINTS AT DIFFERENT TIME ON THYROID FUNCTION OF NORMAL YOUNG ADULTS

实验采用１２×１２拉丁方实验设计。分别在酉时（１８：００）、戍时（２０：００）、亥时（２２：００）、子时（２４：００）、丑时（０２：００）、寅时（０４：００）、卯时（０６：００）、辰时（０８：００）、巳时（１０：００）、午时（１２：００）、未时（１４：００）和申时（１６：００）电针正常人的十二经原穴。结果发现：①电针十二经原穴对Ｔ３、Ｔ４和ＴＳＨ影响的差异不明显；②不同时辰电针十二经原穴对正常人的Ｔ３、Ｔ４和ＴＳＨ有着效应差异；

The effects of electro-acupuncture(EA) at the twelve Yuan points on thyroid function of normal young adults at different time were observed with the 12×12 latin square experimental design.The thyroid hormones and TSH were measured respectively just before and after EA at 18∶00,20∶00,22∶00,24∶00,02∶00,04∶00,06∶00,08∶00,10∶00,12∶00,14∶00 and 16∶00 of a day.The results showed that the effects of EA the twelve Yuan points on the thyroid hormones and TSH of normal young adults were no significant difference.But the thyroid hormones and TSH were changed when EA on the different points at different time.There also were significant difference in different subjects.The results indicated that the time factor played an important role in the effects of EA and the different effects of EA still existed in the normal young adults.
