通过对某地区一起220kV线路区外故障保护误动作后展开的调查分析,找出了设计和施工中遗留的问题,发现了该地区变电所内所有220kV出线高频保护通道内存在的反措执行不到位的问题,并采取措施,及时整改消缺到位,防止了类似缺陷的再次发生。同时对高频保护通道回路的重要作用和线路高频保护中反措执行不到位造成的后果进行了详尽的叙述。

This paper analyses an outside 220kV line fault protection maloperation in a region to identify the design and construction＇s remaining issues. It finds that in the region 220 kV substation all round high-frequency channel memory protection measures implementation in the ＂anti-fault＂ is not in place and takes measures to eliminate lack of reform in place to prevent a similar recurrence of defects. At the same time, the important role of high-frequency channel circuit protection and the consequences of not conducting of anti-high-frequency protection measures are detailedly described.
