摘要
基于阿米卡星(AMK)能增强荧光素二聚体的荧光信号,建立了以荧光素二聚体荧光探针同步荧光光谱技术测定AMK的新方法.结果表明,在△λ=30nm,最优条件下,测定AMK的线性范围为0.5~20.0μg/mL,检出限(LOD)为0.51μg/ml.用于实际样品分析,测定回收率为96.9%-104.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.7%~5.3%.
Base on the signal of fluorescein Dimer can be enhanced by Amikacin, A new method that taking Fluorescein Dimer as a fluorescence probe to determine Amikacin was built .The result showed that under the optimal condition of △k=30pm, good calibration curves of the Amikacin were obtained in the range of 0.5-20.0μg/mL with detection limits (LOD) of 0.51μg/ml. Applied to the commercial samples, this method was adaptable. And the recoveries ranged from 96.9% to 104.5% and RSD from 3.7% to 5.3%.
