催化固体基质室温磷光法残留检测技术测定痕量盐酸克伦特罗

Residual Detection Technique of Catalytic Solid Substrate-room Temperature Phosphorimetry for Determination of Trace Clenbuterol Hydrochloride

摘要 发现盐酸克伦特罗(Clenbuterol hydrochloride,CLB)对NaIO4氧化曙红Y(R)有显著的催化效应,首次建立了超灵敏催化固体基质室温磷光法(SS-RTP)测定痕量CLB的新方法.该法具有很高的灵敏度(检出限为0.021 zg spot-1,对应浓度为5.2×10-20 g ml-1)与好的选择性(相对误差为±5℅时,共存离子(物)不干扰),用于猪毛样品中CLB残留量的测定,回收率为98.6-104%. It was found that clenbuterol hydrochloride (CLB) had obvious catalytic effect on NalO4 oxidizing cosine Y (R). Based on this, a new super sensitive catalytic solid suhstrate-room temperature phosphorimetry (SS-RTP) for determination of trace CLB has been established. This method had high sensitivity (detection limit (LD): 0.021 zg spot^-1, corresponding concentration: 5.2 × 10^-20 g mL^-1) and good selectivity (Er = ±5%, coexistent ions or coexistent materials were of no interference). It has been applied to the determinalion of residual CLB in the bristle samples. The recovery rate was 98.6-104%.
