摘要
孔子在道德教育教学策略上追求的是学生主体的参与,教学目标是激发学生的学习主动性、创新精神,教学模式上采取了乐在其中的启发式和潜移默化的情境教育方式。在这种主体参与的教学模式下,孔子对教师和学生的角色有了一种新的认识,作出了积极探索,这应当引起现代教育者的足够重视。
Confucius' strategies in teaching and moral education lay stress on students ' participation, aiming to stimulate students' initiative to study and spirit of innovation, employing a heuristic method and the pattern of situational education which exerts an imperceptible influence on the students. In the practice of the participatory teaching mode, Confucius came to cherish a new understanding of the roles of the teacher and the students, and made an active exploration of them, which deserves enough attention of modern educators.
