广西高校思想政治理论课教师教学效能感的调查与分析 被引量:11

摘要 教师教学效能感是影响教师教学行为和教学效果的一个重要因素。教学效能感高的教师,其教学质量及学生的学习成绩要高于教学效能感低的教师。不同教龄的教师一般效能感存在显著差异;不同学校类型的教师效能感总分和个人效能感存在显著差异。广西高校思想政治理论课教师的个人教学效能感高于一般教学效能感,教龄对教师一般效能感有影响,学校类型对教学效能感和个人效能感有影响。 A teacher's sense of teaching efficiency is an important element influencing his teaching behavior and effects. A teacher with a stronger sense of teaching efficiency will gain better effects than those with a poorer sense. There is a significant difference in a teacher's teaching efficacy of different ages. And so it is the case between the average scores of teaching efficacy and that of personal teaching efficacy in different types of colleges or universities. The teachers' sense of teaching efficacy who specialize in Ideological and Political Theory is superior to that of general teachers in colleges and universities of Guangxi province. A teacher's teaching efficacy changes with his age, and so do the general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy with the different types of colleges and universities.
