摘要
目的探讨氦氖激光照射充氧充一氧化氮(NO)自血回输治疗冠心病患者血流变、甲襞微循环、NO及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)异常的应用价值。方法选择血流变、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS异常的冠心病患者96例,随机分成两组,对照组48例选用常规药物治疗,治疗组48例在常规药物治疗基础上加用氦氖激光照射充氧充NO自血回输治疗,治疗后复查血流变、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS。结果治疗组治疗前后、治疗组与对照组治疗后血流变指标比较均差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后、治疗组与对照组治疗后甲襞微循环积分比较均差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后、治疗组与对照组治疗后NO及NOS的变化均差异有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。两组治疗后均未出现明显的毒副反应。结论氦氖激光照射充氧充NO自血回输是治疗冠心病患者血流变、甲襞微循环、NO及NOS异常有效、安全、可靠的方法。
[ Objectives ] To investigate the effects of He-Ne irradiated blood following supplementation of nitric oxide and oxygenation on microeirculation of patients with coronary heart disease and discuss the therapeutic values. [ Methods ] Ninety-six patients with coronary heart disease that hemorrheology, nail fold microcirculation, nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase are abnormal were detected. Ninety-six patients were randomly divided into two groups, that is, treatment group and control group. Control group was treated by routine medicine; Treatment group was treated by routine medicine and He-Ne irradiated blood following supplementation of nitric oxide and oxygenation. Hemorrheology, nail fold mierocirculation, nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase were detected after treatment. [Results] Hemorrheology, nail fold microcirculation, nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase were also significantly different between before treatment and after treatment in treatment group. Hemorrheology, nail fold microcireulation, nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase were significantly different between two groups after treatment. In compare with the control group, hemorrheology, nail fold mieroeireulation, nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase were significantly different in treatment group. There was no side affection in two groups. [ Conclusions ] He-Ne irradiated blood following supplementation of nitric oxide and oxygenation on microcirculation of patients with coronary heart disease is a effective, safe, reliable method.
