对医德的自我评价与社会评价差异的探讨

Difference between self-and public appraisal of medical morality

为全面了解医务人员的医德状况，我们通过对６家城市医院医护人员医德自我评价和患者对医护人员医德评价的调查，找出了两者之间的差异，并从主观因素、客观因素、社会因素３方面产生差异的主要原因进行了分析。并从中得到了加强医德医风建设，改善社会对医护人员评价的５点启示：职业道德建设必须：①持之以恒；②与医疗质量管理相结合；③要把使病员满意作为医院改革的目标；④职业道德规范的养成靠自觉和监督；

To get a comprehensive understanding of medical staffs moral situation, we investigated medical staffs and patients in 6 city hospitals and found some difference between these medical staffs self appraisal and patients appraisal. The author analyzed the main reasons caused this kind of difference incluing subjective factors, objective factors and social factors. To enhance medical morality construction and improve public appraisal of medical morality, it is important to: ①pay continuous attention to medical morality construction; ②integrate medical morality construction with care quality management; ③take the satisfaction of patient as the goal of hospital reform; ④make the medical staff consciously observe the moral discipline and supervision; and e) establish a nice hospital image by strengthening internal managenent.
