自我护理需求的应用进展

Progress of self care application

当前，护理学科的理论、学说发展快，应用广。笔者就Ｏｒｅｍ理论以自我照顾为中心的应用进行综述。ＤｏｒｏｔｈｅａＥ．Ｏｒｅｍ博士于１９５０年首创“自我照顾”的理论框架，１９７１年Ｏｒｅｍ在论述自我护理中，认为个人应对与其健康有关的自我护理负责。近年来，自我护理研究在以下方面取得进展：①护理理论方面；②在护理观念方面；③在临床护理方面；④护理教育方面。上述理论通过应用。

Presently nursing theories have fast development and wide application. The author reviewed the Orem Theory whicg is focuseh on applicaion of self care. Dr. Dorothea E. Orem initiated the theoretical framework of self care on 1950. In 1971, Orem proposed that individual should take responsibility for the self care of their own health. In recent years, studies on self care have made propress in the following aspects: ①nursing theories; ②nursing ideas; ③clinical nursing; ④nursing education. Significant achievements have been made through the application of above theories.
