体外循环对紫绀型先天性心脏病病人血小板的影响

Effect of Cardiopulmonary Bypass of Platelets in Patients with Cyanotic Congenital Heart Diease

检测１８例体外循环紫绀型先天性心脏病手术病人术前、术中及术后３、８天外周血血小板数量和粘附、聚集功能，探讨体外循环对血小板质和量的影响。结果显示，血小板数量和聚集功能在术后显著下降（Ｐ＜００１）并持续至术后８天，血小板粘附功能显著下降（Ｐ＜００１），术后３天恢复。提示体外循环气血界面、人工材料非内皮表面可导致血小板激活、粘附、聚集而大量消耗。

objective:To study the damaging effects of cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) on the function and count of platelets in patients with cyanotic congenital heart disease.Methods :The function of platelets' agglutination,aggregation and count of peripheral blood were measured in 18 cases of cyanotic cogenital heart disease surgery with CPB during specially designated perioperative time.All data were processed statistically( x±s).Results :All platelets' targets were statistically lower than that before operation during shortly postoperative period(P<0 01,P<0 05) and could last to the 8th postoperative day.Conclusion : It suggest that CPB causes activation of platelets and the agglutination,aggregation of platelets lead to large consuming of it,and the function and count of it decrease statistically
