Synergisticity model in urban land-use analysis in Harbin

采用土地利用协调度和潜力度模型,对哈尔滨市城市土地利用的协调性进行测算,评价当前城市土地利用现状与挖潜目标之间的差距。结果不但能反映城市土地利用系统和各个子系统的协调度和潜力度,还能根据单个序参量的功效分找出引起系统不协调的具体指标及其实际水;找出当前土地利用存在的问题,提出解决的对策。

In this paper,the synernislieily and polenlialily model of land use,the city of Harbin City,the synernislieily of land use to carry out a measured assessment of the current status of urban land use and the gap between the potential target.The results not only reflect the city land use systems and various sub-systems and the potential degree of synernislieily,but also the basis of a single order parameter to identify the effectiveness of sub-systems synernislieily caused by the specific indicators and their actual level,according to the results of the analysis to identify the current land use of existing problems,propose solutions to further measures,in order to formulate land-use management policies and city planning for reference.
