摘要
就我国现状看,要实现2020年的经济和社会发展目标,并保持2020年以后的可持续发展,我国的能源技术面临着巨大挑战;能源科技将为解决近、中、远期我国的能源问题提供有力支撑,是推动中国能源走向可持续发展的重要驱动力;通过对近、中、远期的能源问题通盘考虑综述了我国能源技术水平的战略设想。
