空运医疗后送建设的体会与策略

Strategies on the Building of Air Transported Medical Evacuation

本文分"前期准备阶段、京内集训阶段、银川训演阶段"等三个阶段简要介绍了医院空运医疗队参加卫勤保障演习的基本情况,从"加强领导,统一思想;严密组织,力求实效;科学预想,深入研究;加强协同,严格管理"等四个方面总结分析了空运医疗队参加演习的经验做法,并结合医院以往组织空运医疗后送的实践经验及新时期、新阶段的特点,提出了加强空运医疗后送建设的三点思考与建议,即"进一步提高空运医疗后送的战略地位,进一步加强空运医疗后送的体系建设,进一步完善空运医疗后送的组织指挥"。

This article outlines the basic situations that the aero medical evacuation team of the general hospital of the air force participated in the manoeuvre of medical support which includes three phases： preparation phase, training phase in Beijing, and exercising phase in Yinchuan. The manoeuvre experience has been summarized of four aspects： Strengthen the leadership and unify the thoughts. Tighten the organization and strive to effectiveness. Design scientifically and in - depth research. Enhance synergies and strict management. Combined with the past practical experiences and the characteristics, three recommendations that strengthen the construction of the air transported medical evacuation team have been proposed, that include further improving the strategic position of aero medical evacuation team, further enhancing the construction of the air transported medical evacuation team, further strengthening the organization of air transported medical evacuation team.
