输液抢救智能辅助计算系统的研发与应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:解决与输液相关病情的判断和输液方案确立,提高抢救质量和效率。方法:用Swishmax 1.0语言编制计算机软件,集成多个模块,按照系统引导使用。结果:软件可实现纠正水钠代谢紊乱、判断创伤性休克、计算给药和补液速度、烧伤补液方案、纠正酸中毒方案;统计热卡和应激状态下患者的热卡需求;计算内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)以及对应抗生素的剂量调整等多种功能。结论:计算过程快速准确简便,抢救效率提高;软件可以实现平战结合、军地结合、医疗科研教学结合。 Objective: To assess the patientg condition and creating resuscitation protocols appropriately to improve therapy effectively and accurately. Methods: The system consisted of several models was compiled by Swishmax 1. O. The application was easy guided by direction. Results: The software provide protocols for imbalance of water and electrosides, traumatic shock and hemorrhagic shock, infusion volume, rate of drugs and fluid. It also provide protocols for burn fluid therapy and acid - base imbalance. Regimens for calorie calculation of patients in stress, antibiotics adjustment according to Ccr were also provided. Conclusions: The automated calculation was rapid, accurate and simple, and the resuscitation efficacy highly improved. It could be served as a tool in normal time and in war, in military and in civil, or in medical treatment, research and teaching.
