军队中心医院参与社区卫生服务建设研究

Study on the Military Hospital's Participating in Community Health Service

着眼于军队中心医院自身发展能力不足的现实问题,通过与地方共建基层社区卫生服务机构,帮助医院院提高区域医疗资源控制力,优化医院病员结构,以此增强可持续发展能力,总结了军队中心医院行为特征,提出了参与社区卫生服务建设四步骤。

The author put forward the project of building capability with local primary community health service organization to find solution to compensate for lack of military central hospital＇s self - development capacity. By means of this project, military central hospital enhanced the capability of controlling regional medical resources, optimized the structure of patients and strengthened the capability of sustainable development. Additionally, the author made a summary on the operational characteristics of military central hospital and provided four steps to participate in the building of community health service.
