Ethnic policies with Chinese characteristics are the important guarantee for tackling ethnic issues. Since Reform and Opening-up, great changes have taken place in Chinese economic society, ethnic policies have been facing some new problems and they need to keep up with the times. Only by ＂keeping up with the times＂ and ＂continuous innovation＂ can the ethnic policies maintain their vigor.
