趾短伸肌跟骨瓣移植及内固定治疗距骨颈骨折脱位

Treatment of Fracture - Dislocation of the Talus Neck with Bone Flap Grafting with Pedicle of the Extenson Digitorum Brevius and Internal Fixation

应用趾短伸肌跟骨瓣经跗骨窦向距骨体移植、螺丝钉或克氏针内固定治疗距骨颈骨折脱位14例,经8～48个月随访,按Kenwright疗效标准:优9例,良3例,可2例。结果表明趾短伸肌跟骨瓣向距骨体移植,可改善距骨体的血供,促进骨折愈合,是一种治疗距骨颈骨折脱位简单而有效的方法。

Fourteen cases of fracture - dislocation of the talus neck were treated with Calcaneus bone flap grafting and screws or Kirschner pins. After a follow - up of 4 to 48 months, 9 case were excellent and 3 cases were favorate. Baesd on this study, a conclusion was drawed that calcaneus bone flap grafting with pedicle of the extensor digitorum. Brevius to the body of talus via the tarsal sinus could improve the blood supply of talus and accelerate bone healing. It was a simple and effective operation.
