Analysis and Improvement for Flatness Control System of 1450 Tandem Cold Mill

摘要 深入研究了鞍钢1450冷连轧机板形控制系统的板形检测原理及控制方法。在进行较大压下量的轧制时,带钢的变形会导致沿带钢宽度方向上的横向温差增大,由于该板形控制系统未考虑带钢横向温差对板形测量的影响,当带钢横向温差较大时,板形控制效果不太理想。针对该板形控制系统存在的不足,增加了板形目标曲线的温度补偿环节。结果表明:增加温度补偿后减少了带钢横向温差引起的板形缺陷,提高了板形控制精度。 A throughout investigation has been carried out on the flatness measurement system and flatness control system of the Ansteel 1 450 tandem cold mill. Temperature difference across the strip width which the flatness control system has not taken account into ean corrupt the flatness measurement. Bad flatness will come into being when there has a large temperature difference distribution over the strip width due to a large reduction. For purpose of avoiding this, a compensation for temperature grads is applied to the flatness target curve. The results indicated that the compensated flatness is excellent and the strip with better flatness can be obtained after the compensation.
