摘要
本文介绍了首钢第二炼钢厂精品线材用坯工艺优化项目的生产实践。该项目从铁水预处理出发,通过捞渣机设备改造,转炉底吹系统优化,LF炉精炼渣系控制以及钢包增压系统开发,连铸机二次冷却系统改进及配水曲线优化等一系列措施,提高了钢水的磷、硫控制水平和连铸坯的质量。该项目实施后,通过检测结果得出,钢水的纯净度得到提高,连铸坯表面质量和内部质量稳定,满足精品线材用坯的质量要求,为首钢第二炼钢厂产品结构升级作出了重要贡献。
The paper introduces practice of optimizing billet used in the process of producing high quality wire rode in No. 2 steelmaking plant of Shougang. The project improves the ratio of dephosphurization and desulphurization and the quality of continuous casting steel billet, through a series of steps, such as reconstructing the machine for remo- ving slag in hot metal process, optimizing the bottom blown lance system of the BOF, ameliorating the controlling methods of slag in LF refining process, and optimizing the secondary cooling system of the continuous casting. The survey shows that better practical results have been achieved in controlling resulfurization and rephosphurization, steel water gets more pure and the billet quality becomes more stable. The project contributes a lot to upgrading the product structure in No. 2 steel plant of Shougang.
