作为文章的第2部分,本文介绍了PFOS2206/122/EC指令的产生、PFOS的特性及其对环境的影响,论述了表面处理业如何在HJ/T314-2006《清洁生产标准电镀行业》的指导下实施清洁生产。指出企业应积极改善绿色采购管理,执行绿色生产,以提高竞争力。

This paper has two parts. The second part deals with the hazardous characteristics of PFOS, a substance detrimental to environment. Its application in surface finishing industry and hence needs to be eliminated per EU Directive PFOS 2206/122/EC. It also elaborates cleaner production enforced by China government regulation as related to surface finishing industry per HJ/T 314-2006 Cleaner Production Standard- Plating ＆ Surface Finishing Industry. Green procurement for quality materials in the supply chain is being discussed which is essential for maintaining enterprises＇ edge in the competitive markets.
