指纹图谱评价甘肃丹参中脂溶性成分的质量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立评价甘肃丹参质量优劣的指纹图谱分析方法,比较野生品和栽培品的质量。方法:采用HPLC,色谱条件:Hypersil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水,梯度洗脱;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:确定了甘肃丹参脂溶性成分指纹图谱中的13个共有峰,10个样品的相似度在0.90以上。结论:8批野生品和2批栽培品的甘肃丹参质量相当,指纹图谱分析方法可作为全面评价甘肃丹参药材质量的依据。 Objective: The finger print method of evaluating the quality of salvia miltiorrhiza bunge in Gansu, comparing the quality of wild and plant product. Methods: HPLC method was used, the column condition: Hypersil ODS(250mm × 4. 6mm, 5μm) ; the mobile phase was Methanol-water, gradient elution, the column temperature was 35℃ ; the flow rate was 1.0mL-min^-1. Results: The 13 common peaks were pinpointed by the determination of salvia mihiorrhiza bunge, the similarities which were proved to be higher than 0. 9. Conclusion: The quality of the 8 batch wild products equal to the 2 batch plant products ; the finger print method can provide evidence of the quality of gansu salvia mihiorrhiza bunge.
