GC法测定羚竺散中龙脑的含量

Determination of Borneol in Lingzhu Powder by GC

目的:建立气相色谱法测定羚竺散中龙脑含量的方法。方法:采用DB-35安捷伦弹性石英毛细管柱(0.25mm×30m,0.25μm);以聚乙二醇(PEG)-20M为固定相,涂布浓度为10%;柱温为120℃;检测器温度为170℃。结果:龙脑在0.115 2～0.398 3μg线性关系良好(r=1.000),平均回收率为100.97%,RSD=1.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于羚竺散中龙脑的含量测定。

Objective： A GC method for the quantitative determination of borneol in Lingzhu Powder was established. Methods： The column was Agilent DB-35 （10% PEG-20M, 0. 25mm × 30m, 0. 25μm）. The column temperatures was 120℃. The FID temperatures was 170℃ Results： The calibration curves of borneol was linear in range of 0. 115 2 -0. 398 3μg （r = 1. 000）. The average recovery was 100. 97% （RSD = 1.6% ） （n = 6）. Conclusion： The methed was proved to be specific and reliable.
