手参镇静催眠作用的实验研究

Sedative and Hypnotic Effects by Gymnadenia Conopsea's Experimental Study

目的:探讨手参对小鼠镇静催眠作用。方法:用自发活动仪记录法记录5m in内各小鼠自发活动次数,用公式计算给药组小鼠的自发活动抑制率;利用协同戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验法和阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠实验,观察藏药手参的催眠作用。结果:手参可抑制小鼠的自发活动,减少小鼠双前肢的抬举次数,能够明显延长阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导的小鼠睡眠持续时间和增加阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠的入睡个数。结论:手参具有镇静、催眠作用。

Objective： To investigate the gymnadenia conopsea＇s sedative and hypnotic effects in mice. Methods： Records of spontaneous activity recorded instrument in 5min for the number of times of spontaneous activity of the mice, can be calculated the inhibited rate of spontaneous activity by the calculation formula for medication mice. The use of pentobarbital sodium under the experimental method of sleep time and the experimental threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep in mice, produce the observation of the hypnotic effects of gymnadenia conopsea. Results： Gymnadenia conopsea can inhibit the spontaneous activity in mice, reduce the number of times of dual forelimbs raising, can significantly extend the time above the threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep duration and increase the number of mice to fall asleep under the threshold dose of pentobarbital sodium-induced sleep. Conclusion： Gymnadenia conopsea has a sedative and hypnotic effects.
