颅内肿瘤X刀治疗后短期影像学改变 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探索颅脑肿瘤X刀治疗后短期生物学行为变化。材料与方法:收集X刀治疗后有完整影像学随访资料者45例,随访时间2~14个月,25例行CT扫描,20例同时有CT、MRI资料。结果:X刀治疗后颅脑肿瘤发生以下影像学变化:(1)环样结构改变15例(80%为良性肿瘤);(2)完全失强化或囊变(各2例);(3)完全消失(6例),明显缩小(8例),轻度皱缩(8例),基本不变(17例),继续增大(6例);(4)瘤周水肿(20例);(5)放射性坏死(1例)。结论:颅内肿瘤X刀治疗后生物学行为变化存在较大差异。 Objective: To assess biological behavior changes in brain tumors following stereotactic LINAC radiosurgery (X ray knife).Materials and Methods:45 patients who had CT or both CT and MR examinations following treatment were involved in this study. The following period ranged from 2 to 14 months. 25 only had CT images and 20 had both CT and MR images.Results:The following changes had taken place after treatment: (1)Ring like structure (n=15, 80% are benign tumors); (2)Completely loss of contrast enhancement or cyst formation (n=2, respectively); (3)Complete disappear (n=6), marked decrease (n=8), slight decrease (n=8), unchanged (n=17) and others were increased in size (n=6); (4)Peritumour edema (n=20); (5)Radionecrosis (n=1).Conclusion: The behavior of cerebral tumors appear to be variable after the treatment with X ray knife, but all the changes can be demonstrated on CT and MR images.
