摘要
目的通过运用血塞通胶囊联合阿司匹林,对缺血性卒中二级预防中阿司匹林抵抗的疗效及安全性观察。方法筛选出冠心病患者中发生阿司匹林抵抗的患者60例入选本研究,随机分为2组,分别给予口服血塞通胶囊＋阿斯匹林及阿司匹林＋双嘧达莫,均连服1个月后查血小板聚集率。结果治疗前后的血小板聚集率检查结果：治疗组下降率37.50%,对照组为14.57%,两组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论血塞通胶囊对阿司匹林抵抗有较好的疗效及安全性。
