急性心肌梗塞患者血脂、载脂蛋白测定分析

Analysis on blood lipid and apolipoprotein in patients with acute myocardial infarction

对４８例急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者和３０例健康人血总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、磷脂（ＰＬ）、载脂蛋白（ＡｐｏＡ１、ＡｐｏＢ）对比分析，结果显示ＡＭＩ组ＰＬ、ＡｐｏＡ１较对照组明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＡｐｏＢ则明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；但两组ＴＣ、ＴＧ比较无显著性差异。本研究提示ＰＬ、ＡｐｏＡ１、ＡｐｏＢ在ＡＭＩ病人有显著变化。

The TC、TG、PL、ApoA 1 and ApoB were measured in 48 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) compared with 30 healthy persons The resuls show the PL and ApoA 1 apparently decrease in AMI group than ormal control (P<0 05), and the ApoB increase apparently in AMI group than normal control (P<0 05) But There were not differene in TC and TG between two groups The study indicate that there are apparently changes for PL、 ApoA 1 ApoB in aptients with AMI
