睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的肺通气、残气功能检测

Determination of lung function in patients with sleep apnea syndrome

为了解睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ＳＡＳ）患者白天肺功能变化，我们对１９例确诊ＳＡＳ的患者进行白天肺通气功能及残气功能检测。结果发现，ＳＡＳ患者肺活量降低，其肺活量占预计值百分比为８３．９８±１５．５９％，与正常对照组的９８．４±１４．７４％比较，差异具有显著性。结论：ＳＡＳ患者由于肥胖及夜间呼吸功能失调。

To evaluate the variaty daytime lung function in patients with sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), the daytime ventilatory function and residual function were measured on 19 patients with SAS The results showed that vital capacity (VC) of patients was decreased, the predict percent of VC (83 98±15 59%) on patients was lower than that on controll group (94 1±14 74%) Conclusion: daytime lung function on patients with SAS was lower because they were obesity and disorder on respiratory function in night
