摘要
为了探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)患者的睡眠时相与呼吸紊乱的关系,我们采用多导睡眠仪观察30例SAS病人,同步记录脑电、眼动、肌电、口鼻气流、胸腹式运动和血氧饱和度。结果发现病人在整个睡眠周期中,非快眼动(NREM)睡眠占85.6%,其中Ⅰ期占44.6%,Ⅱ期占37.8%,Ⅲ+Ⅳ期占1.6%,另外快眼动(REM)睡眠占14.4%。NREM睡眠中呼吸暂停和低通气次数明显高于REM睡眠,但二者呼吸紊乱指数无明显差异。NREM睡眠Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期的呼吸暂停、低通气及呼吸紊乱指数均无显著差异。它提示SAS病人出现睡眠结构紊乱,其呼吸紊乱多发生于NREM睡眠Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期,但NREM和REM睡眠发生呼吸紊乱的机率相同。
To evaluate the relationship between sleep stage and sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) in patient with sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), we obsered 30 cases of SAS by polysomnography The non-rapid eye movement (NREM) sleep makes up 85 6% of total sleep time, and 44 6%、37 8%、1 6% of it was stage Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ+Ⅳ respectively, but rapid eye movement (REM) sleep makes up only 14 4% The SDB events (apnea plus hypopnea ) in NREM sleep were higher than that in REM sleep, but apnea plus hypopnea index(AHI) was similar of them, and SDB events and AHI were similar in stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱof NREM sleep It suggests that patients with SAS appear sleep disordered of structure, SDB events of patients were usually occur in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ of NREM sleep, but the opportunity of SDB events was similar in NREM sleep and REM sleep
