摘要
教师或学生由于人格尊严问题引发的冲突和诉讼造成了极为不良的社会影响。导致这种不正常现象出现的原因有很多,其中新旧教育理念的摩擦与冲突、教育产业化的影响、旧的教育体制和应试教育对德育的忽视及法律保障的乏力等是其中的主要原因。如何在教育过程中真正实现教育者与受教育者的人格尊严已经成为一个亟待解决的现实问题。
Conflicts and lawsuits resulting from the problem of teachers' or students' personality dignity have brought about very bad social influence. Many reasons can explain this abnormal phenomenon, like the clashes and conflicts between new and old educational ideas, the industrialization of education, the old educational system, the lack of moral education in the exam-oriented education as well as the inadequacy of legal guarantee. It has become an urgent issue to guard the personality dignity of both educators and educatees.
