摘要
我国学前教育体系是新中国成立之后建立起来的。清醒地认识问题的存在才能更好地面向未来。本文基于对学前教育的独特性质与功能的认识,从体制方面对近年来幼儿园滑坡等问题进行了分析,探讨了我国学前教育的发展路径,论证了我国学前教育体制改革势在必行,并对政府如何转变职能和进行制度创新提出了建议。
Chinese preschool education system has been formed since the foundation of new China. The education enterprise has got some progresses as well as some problems. According to its character and function, the author argued that the key to solve the problems is based on the transformation of the government＇s function. The government should reform their regulation system and give more and better service to the development of preschool education improved by the market and the masses.
