摘要
对福建省174位开展过民间音乐教育活动的幼儿教师的调查发现,幼儿教师普遍认同幼儿园开展民间音乐教育的必要性,除高级教师外,大多数教师的主导性动机是外在因素;教师们对民间音乐素材选择、方言障碍、师幼互动等普遍感到困难,设计组织时对学习难度、幼儿的自主学习等因素重视不够,初级教师尤为明显;先进的教育理念无法在民间音乐教育行为中得以落实是她们的最大困惑。在研究和指导幼儿园民间音乐教育时,应重视幼儿教师开展民间音乐教育行为背后的缄默知识。
The investigation on 174 kindergarten teachers who carry out folk music education programs turns out that kindergarten teachers generally agree to the necessity of folk music education in kindergartens. The dominant motivation of most teachers is the external factors except the senior teachers. They find difficulties in the choice of folk music materials, children's dialect barriers, interaction between teachers and children and so on. They haven't paid enough attention to the factors such as learning difficulty and children' s self-study. It is the greatest confusion to the teachers that the advanced education conceptions cannot be implemented in folk music education. The tacit educational knowledge of the teachers should be focused and researched in the reform and development of folk music education.
