摘要
房地产业是人类社会活动的基本形式之一,又是同人类环境密切相关的主要活动,房地产业的良好发展关系到城市的可持续发展能力。文章从社会、经济、环境、资源四个方面建立城市房地产业可持续发展能力评价指标体系,并构建基于因子分析法的城市房地产业可持续发展能力评价系统,以山东省17个城市为例进行实证分析,指出其存在的优势与不足。
Real estate is not only the basic form of activities of human society, but also the main activities closely related to the human environment. The development of real estate close ties to the city's capacity for sustainable development. From the society, economy, environment and resources, this paper establishes the index system for sustainable development capacity of urban real estate evaluation, and then based on factor analysis, it builds the evaluation system of urban real estate capacity for sustainable development. At last, it take the Shandong as an example, pointing out its strengths and weaknesses.
